As stated earlier, the Ferrari California T is the best car you can buy for around $200,000. It also happens to be the 3rd best Ferrari ever conceived!

Did you know the California T uses turbochargers? That means it’s pretty much an F40 (the 4th greatest Ferrari ever made). The California T is better because it makes more power and comes with a retractable hardtop. You don’t need to be a tad over 2 seconds faster to 60mph when everyone can see you flappin’ the hell out of those paddles!

Trackability? Psh, my Kia Amanti has a track button next to the radio. Unimpressive. How can a vehicle be track focused when it doesn’t even have an audio system?! If you don’t have a radio then what are you tracking through, Giuseppe? Common sense people! The California T however has a radio with like 12 presets available so I’m sure the tracking is just like Tron with all that futuristicness!

Hell, the California T is so great that even Ford had to admit it could never compete and hence offered up the Mustang GT “California Special” as an apology to it’s customers. The edition obviously continues Ford’s horse homage to Ferrari’s prancing stallion. I’m sure the Mustang GT/CS is just a rough draft for when the Ford GT gets its California Special. Don’t want to mess that up! Unfortunately the GT will have a 3.5L TT-V6 while the California T has a 3.9L TT-V8 and still lets you take the top off! More proof of how untouchable the Cali T is. Yep, the California T is 32 kinds of decent, like Baskin Robbins but one better.

Tune in next time when I tell the story of how Nissan tried to name their midsize sedan after the Maxima (Maximum) but lost the Optima (Optimum) name to Kia over a poorly refereed match of Ro Sham Bo. Thus Nissan was stuck with Altima, which is short for “Alternate Name”-ima.

Huh, well I guess I pretty much told the story...fuck!

I like your definition of “track” focus. The California is the only modern Ferrari whose looks I like.

So what are the two ahead of it? Well, the one that’s not the Mondial T cabrio, which has many of the same advantages.

Well number one is of course the 208 GTB/GTS (the 488 GTB is pretty much the crappier successor of this). A 2.0L V8, think of all the taxes you would avoid! The Number 2 spot is open for future California T-dtf.

I sincerely think the California T is the only beautiful Ferrari you can buy new. It has a classic look, that deeply reminds me of the 250 Ferraris, it’s also not as big as the FF and F12, which is a plus, and have a much better interior than the one you find in a 488.

If I would buy a new Ferrari, I would either buy the California T or a F12 and take the last to Carrozeria Touring and get a Berlinetta Lusso

God, I hate those little chin intakes. They were terribly on the F50 and they’re terrible now. The rest is very OK.

Minus the transmission, I love it.
